Cardiovascular Workout: Complete each round 2 times. Work for 45 seconds, rest for 15 – 30 seconds.
Push-up walks with mini resistance band
Side to side battle rope slams (30 seconds)
Side hop to burpee
Mountain climbers with sliders
Standing long jump with shuffle back
Battle rope double slams
Box jump to kettlebell high pull
