Today’s workout was created by Fitness Specialist, Marianne Spacht.
Lower Body Workout:
Squats: 3 sets of 12 reps. Challenge yourself by using a barbell, kettlebell or TRX.
Dead lifts: 3 sets of 12 reps
Super Set Round:
Step ups: 3 sets of 12 reps
Side stepping with mini resistance band: 3 sets of 12 reps on each side
Tri Set Round 1:
Back extensions: 3 sets of 12 reps. Challenge: use a medicine ball
BOSU mountain climbers with sliders: 3 sets for 45 seconds
Battle rope drummers with alternating lunges: 3 sets for 30 seconds
Tri Set Round 2:
TRX sliding lunges: 3 sets for 45 – 60 seconds
Cable abdominal twists: 3 sets of 12 reps
Kettlebell swings: 3 sets of 12 reps
Tri Set Round 3:
Stability ball knee tucks: 3 sets of 12 reps
Stability ball leg curls: 3 sets of 12 reps
Single leg glute Bridges: 3 sets of 12 reps
