500 meters on rower
Battle rope drummer: 3 sets for 30 seconds each
Medicine ball slams: 3 sets of 12 reps
Kettlebell swings: 3 sets of 20 swings
Burpee with box jump: 3 sets of 10 reps
Box step ups with medicine ball twist: 3 sets of 10 reps on each side
Squat jack with band: 3 sets of 20 reps
