Boost athletic performance and encourage teens to realize the importance of being dedicated to fitness in a structured, safe environment. Instructed by exercise science degreed coaches and designed by our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, LECOM’s Performance and Fitness Program will build fitness and movement skills that will last far beyond the teenage years.
For student athletes striving to become faster, stronger and more successful at their chosen sport, the goal of the Athletic Program is to improve an athlete’s strength, speed, and agility through safe yet intense workouts that will take them to the top of their game.
This program will enable teens to discover the benefits of staying fit and the importance of health and wellness as they grow and mature. The program’s objective is to improve overall health, build self esteem and self confidence, and reduce stress through setting and achieving personal physical fitness goals.
$149 per month (maximum of 12 sessions)
Move2Perform analysis: $45
One-hour drop in session*: $20
*Move2Perform analysis is required before participating in a drop off session. Program access is reserved to Performance Room and Gym.
