Our full-service locker rooms include complimentary towel service, 3-in-1 body wash/hair care products, shaving cream and hair dryers. In addition, each locker is digitally controlled so you can select your own locker and codes for entry, eliminating the need for keys.
Our beautiful aquatic area at The LECOM Medical Fitness & Wellness Center has a spacious, open design with three pools. The lap pool offers four lanes, 25-yards in length.
Our two other pools are a warm water therapy pool that is maintained at 92˚ with a depth range of 3.5’ to 5’, and exercise pool that provides the perfect scenery for fitness and leisure swimming. Both pools host a large assortment of aquatic classes for all levels.
We have a wide variety of free weights as well as strength & functional training machines to meet the diverse needs of our members. Our certified fitness staff are always on-site and available to answer any of your questions or assist you if needed.
We have a huge assortment of cardio machines treadmills, summit trainers to elliptical machines as well as stationary bikes. Each piece of equipment has their own personal television screens for your viewing pleasure.
We have several spacious group exercise studios which host a variety of group exercise classes for all fitness levels. Classes are taught by certified instructors, trained to provide an excellent, motivating class that is sure to make you want to come back again.
