Upper Body Workout:
Bench press: 3 sets of 12 reps
Tri Set Round:
Cable row fly: 3 sets of 12 reps
Cable upright row: 3 sets of 12 reps
BOSU Push-ups: 3 sets of 10 reps
Super Set Round:
Overhead tricep press with cable rope: 3 sets of 12 reps
Cable rope rear deltoid rows: 3 sets of 12 reps
Super Set Round:
Cable single arm rows: 3 sets of 12 reps each side
Cable straight arm pull downs: 3 sets of 12 reps
Tri Set Round:
Battle rope alternating waves: 3 sets of 30 seconds
Lateral bear crawl with mini resistance band around wrists: 3 sets of 30 seconds
Medicine ball slams: 3 sets of 12 reps
