Hustle & Bustle Cardiovascular Body Workout:
Complete 5 inchworms into pushups
Resistance band rear delt fly 3 sets of 10 reps
First Round: Complete 3 sets of 10 reps of each exercise.
Body weight dips
Second Round: Complete 3 sets of 10 reps of each exercise.
Assisted pullups with 1” resistance band on feet
Super Round: Complete 3 sets of 30 seconds each exercise.
