Upper Body Workout:
First Round: Complete 3 sets of 10 – 12 reps of each exercise.
Renegade rows
Cable chest fly
Second Round: Complete 3 sets of 10 – 12 reps of each exercise.
TRX Pullups
Decline push-ups with stability ball
Third Round: Complete 3 sets of 10 – 12 reps of each exercise.
TRX Bicep Curl
TRX Triceps extension
Fourth Round: Complete 3 sets of each.
Mountain Climbers with gliding discs: 20 – 30 seconds each.
Kneeling wood chop with medicine ball: 10-12 reps on each side.
