Hustle & Bustle Cardiovascular Body Workout:
Warm up:
Walk 5% incline for 10 minutes on treadmill
Circuit 1:
Burpees: 3 sets of 10 reps
Battle rope drummers: 3 times for 30 seconds
Circuit 2: Complete 3 sets of 10 reps of each exercise.
Box jumps with incline pushups
Jump squats
Circuit 3: Complete 3 sets of 10 reps of each exercise.
Kettlebell swing
Toe taps
