Lower Body Workout:
First Round: Complete 3 sets of 10 – 12 reps of each exercise.
Kettlebell sumo squat
Single leg kettlebell deadlifts
Second Round: Complete 3 sets of 10 – 12 reps of each exercise.
TRX Single leg squats
TRX Crossing balance lunge
Third Round: Complete 3 sets of 10 – 12 reps of each exercise.
Lateral band walk
Monster walk forward and backwards
