Place your mobile devices on “Do Not Disturb” or “Airplane Mode,” while working out, so you don’t get distracted by notifications.
Book Your Workout
Treat your workout as if it were a formal meeting or appointment that you cannot cancel, and don’t pick up any technology until after you are done sweating.
Use the Great Outdoors as Your Gym
Walk, run, ride a bike, hike or do some yoga in the great outdoors. This can be done in cooler climates with the appropriate activewear. Try this for 30 minutes to reap Mother Nature’s calming benefits.
Designate a Tech-Free Space
Create a sacred space in your home just for exercising — no phones, computers or televisions.
